Hello Christina.
I’m crying right now reading your article because just yesterday my partner was admitted to hospital because of being in crippling pain from this horrid condition. What makes it worse everything you have said not to do in your article we were doing and I know is the reason he’s in hospital right now but in the morning and dermatologist will see him and I’m sure will know he has this which I really really think he does. We was given Zero cream which just burned him so bad we had to wash it off within 30 minutes. He’s one of the best Builders in the UK and to see him in a ball suffering like that was heart breaking. Your article has shed some much light on everything and now I have some correct information I can help him properly at home. I have to say
He’s been on 3 sets of different antibiotics and each time he’s gotten worse and your articlear makes more sense why. I’m visiting him today and will asked them to test for ShaphA infection see if we can get to the bottom on this.

This morning: fresh face…just moisturizer, messy hair don’t care 😜, feeling good-feeling great! …Working on more self-love 💚 Sometimes I look at my skin and only notice the wrinkles that still need to smooth out, or the discolouration and un-even tone that needs to even out. BUT then I check myself…tell myself “look at all you’ve been through with your skin and overall health, it’s not a sprint but a marathon, be kind to yourself, it can take time but you ARE healing and getting better every day!” I touch the areas of my skin that are super smooth, wrinkle-free and even-toned and I touch areas that are still in repair and I repeat, “everywhere else looks and feels like this, everywhere else looks and feels like this” 💜 Saying these words like a mantra, and touching the skin will give life, love and positive healing energy to those areas…the words will manifest and take root! Kiss your skin, touch your skin and tell it you love it, even if it’s angry at the moment…with all of the awful symptoms that come with this healing process…it will thank you 🙏 Be kind and gentle with yourself, your body is healing and taking its time to do so, you do right by it and it will be so right by you! #eczemaholistichealing

I have learned through my eczema that it is internal If you can change your diet and make your body more Alkaline it does help. Most people think that if you put something on the outside of your body that it will someday be a cure. Do a total body detox. You can purchase this at a health food store. It will take any where from 2 weeks to several months depending on how long you have had eczema. I have bought an ionizer. It is a water filter that as the water runs through it it adds oxygen. Oxygen is then carried to the blood and heals the body. Also Garlic will help a lot.
